Just a perfect match for a weekend in Peabody with high value for money. The room service breakfast was amazing! If you want a good late-night hangout, be aware the bar closes early.

The Boston Marriott Peabody had a beautiful, contemporary decor that was both elegant and welcoming. The common areas were spacious, making it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably, which I greatly appreciated during my stay.
Could improve staff friendliness during check-in.

The room was spacious and clean, exceeding expectations during our family stay. Breakfast had a good selection and the buttermilk biscuits were a standout. However, we encountered issues with replenishment of bathroom supplies and inconsistent coffee availability. The overall service was friendly, but mistakes regarding breakfast charges marred the experience.

Mixed bag of a stay
Got charged for breakfast when it was supposed to be free. Super frustrating! The check-in gal was not helpful at all. The room was kinda outdated and had some funky smells. But, the bar area had a decent vibe, and the drinks were good. Just wish the service matched the quality of the lounge!

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff
I had a lovely time during my stay, as the rooms were very clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my requests were fulfilled promptly. However, there was a slight delay with some poolside lounge chairs that could have enhanced relaxation in the area.

missingWrote a review on 07 Julindoor poolaccessible highwaysunpleasant odor
The location offers easy access to major highways, making it a solid base for exploring the surrounding areas like Salem. The indoor pool area stands out, providing a quiet escape for unwinding at the end of the day.
Check-in felt rushed and didn’t quite match the calm vibe of the hotel. The room had a distinct musty smell, similar to an old ship that hasn’t seen fresh air in months—it might not bother everyone, but it was noticeable. Wi-Fi should be complimentary, yet it comes with an extra charge here, which seems a bit out of place. The lobby area, while spacious, displayed some signs of wear, with stains on carpets that could use a good steam clean. One functional elevator during peak hours led to frustrating waits, especially when lugging bags around. It’s a shame because the rest of the facilities had potential.

nice place overall
The room was pretty awesome with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. My family felt really comfortable with the super soft beds and clean linens. The restaurant served quite tasty food, especially the breakfast options, which included freshly made items. Plus, the pool area had a nice spa vibe, making it a great place to relax.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The Wi-Fi was super useful for planning our outings. Just a heads up, the free breakfast only covers two guests, so plan accordingly.
One downside was that the front desk service was not very welcoming when I needed assistance with breakfast for our group of three.

The hotel had a great location with friendly staff. however, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of bugs and dirty linens. Overall, I appreciated the helpfulness of the team, but the issues with maintenance and service could harshly impact future stays.
